  1. SDSU: (in no particular order) Location Football/MBB success (not counting last two years for football) Facilities, including new stadium Academics - R1 should be achieved in 2025 or 6 and Innovation District on the way at SDSU West next to Snapdragon I'm an alum
  2. Thanks for recognizing. Yep, he's having a great season. His teammates were probably expecting big things as he was voted captain before the season, which doesn't happen too often with a sophomore. He's a hometown kid and says he's always wanted to represent for the school he grew up rooting for, but the allure of a big payday, and the sleazy reps from P4's will no doubt be enticing.
  3. No doubt, but RebRobert's ridiculous post needed a retort.
  4. Very accurate ranking in my opinion. Will be interesting to see how much this changes at season's end.
  5. Deion Sanders didn't get injured much in college or the pros. He also went out of his way to avoid tackling the guy with the ball. Didn't get injured, but sure was soft.
  6. Bitter, eh? Yes, like it or not, the Pac12 is a better deal for us. Perhaps not for your school but it is for ours.
  7. OK, I guess if you want to get all worked up over what a few posters spew out on a public message board, that's your prerogative. But I can confidently tell you that the decision makers on our end made this move simply for the betterment of our school(s), not because we hate Wyoming, San Jose, New Mexico, etc.
  8. None of this was about you, your school, or any of your brethren. Quit trying to make it so.
  9. Every single school in the current 11/12 team MWC "abandoned" another conference at various times to join the MWC. I guess we all thought we were "superior athletically and academically" at some point. The hand-wringing, pearl-clutching hypocrisy from some of you is beyond laughable.
  10. I don't know why people keep trying to make this a thing, because nobody, absolutely nobody, who moved over to the PAC thinks that or has ever implied that. We did move though because it is indeed going to be a better deal for us. It's called self-preservation and we're glad our admins decided to do what's best for our schools.
  11. How long before you welfare queens turn this sudden windfall into a $20 million athletic dept debt again? I mean, you guys do have some recent not-so-great financial history.
