  1. Just seeing the final score. Tuned out after assuming Boise was cruising to a W. damn that sucks
  2. His clinic gives off “silent on the set” vibes. He won’t let me wear pants so I got to find somewhere else.
  3. I hate how soft this board has become. You can’t talk shit, you can’t make an argument, there’s nothing here. man I really miss the old days of this place
  4. How is that an insult? If anything it’s a generous description of your mental faculties. You’re trying to make an incoherent argument based on your own personal definitions and then clasping “objectively” to it. I implore you to read literally anything on how to make a sound argument.
  5. So you agree this is a good game? Not sure what you’re trying to argue at this point. You’re bringing things up that neither of us have mentioned so I think you might be suffering from a case of mild mental retardation.
  6. You’re confusing good basketball with a good game. It’s a good game, not great basketball but it doesn’t matter.
  7. Disagree this is easily the worst game I’ve seen them play. They’re just a lot better than Colorado so it is close still
  8. Nightmare start for Boise and they’re still right in it. Feeling good about the second half
  9. Ridiculous that they’d even try to get this passed.
  10. Ugh it still stings from the last time we had six bids and completely torpedoed our credibility
  11. Brother that was a shit post from five months ago, can we not
  12. Gonzaga has no business being ranked
  13. Boise doesn't even have a winning record. Let's not get crazy about them winning out. EZ W
  14. Boise has a borderline elite football profram for about 4 years. Nothing ever came of it and now they can't even hold our jockstraps. The fall from grace is historic.
  15. Ah yes, because nothing quite says "solidarity" and "remembrance" like a themed giveaway. After centuries of colonization, forced relocation, and cultural erasure, what could possibly be more respectful and healing than handing out shirts at a sports event? It's almost like saying, "Sorry we took your land, here's a bobblehead." Which, when you think about it, is eerily reminiscent of the whole "land for seashells" debacle, but now with a modern twist. I mean, who needs thoughtful education on Native American history and culture when you can have a themed giveaway? It's the perfect solution. Forget meaningful dialogue or supporting authentic Native American initiatives, let's just slap some themed merchandise on some giveaway. That'll surely make up for centuries of oppression, right? And the best part? It's limited to the first 10,000 fans. Nothing says "we care" like exclusivity. It's like saying, "We're here to honor you, but only for a limited time, and only if you're quick enough." Thank you, Table Mountain Indian Gaming, Casinos, and Resorts. Thank you, so much.
  16. Do we know how much the wcc schools are making with this deal https://wccsports.com/news/2023/8/14/general-west-coast-conference-expands-espn-relationship-with-multi-year-digital-media-rights-agreement.aspx
  17. It's important to remember that whatever comes of this is all temporary. The MW has been incredibly lucky up to this point when you think about it. Next round of consolidation will be where I think the MW gets kicked down. Possibly by being poached or just by being further marginalized by an insultingly low media deal. Anyone think there's merit in a West Coast conference without football? Sort of like what the big east has going on but in our neck of the woods.
  18. I think we're ultimately going to see two super conferences when it's all done. Maybe they'll rebrand to division A or something else to stratify more from div 1
