The S-400s have never been operational in Syria until recently…Russia was always too scared an Israeli jet would actually get shot down. 

Now that they’re stuck in an broke ass version of the Legion of Doom with Xi and Mondi’s Excellent Adventure and the Iranian  Ayatollah playing Rufus, they’ve started using them and have tried strong arming the Israelis into stopping strikes there.

If I really wanted to +++++ with Russia though? I’d send the CIA into jihadi-held Idlib, Syria…take all of the crazies out of there and funnel them into Russia. Let them go crazy like Joe Carter in the WS. Let the SAA get that area back, and win some favor there.
