  1. yes, there's no good reason the MWC needs to expand at all, much less into Texas
  2. just "life in the city" these days...even the blue bloods will see shake up every year I'd bee surprised if Boyle moves on but who knows?
  3. he was pretty freaking solid for Colorado this year, 10+ points, 7 boards and just over 2 fouls in 28 min/game most teams would be willing to take that
  4. pffftttt....of course, isn't that what Democrats are known for? not that the GOP doesn't spend just as much, or more, for them it's just an issue when the Dems do it
  5. where did you get this ski outfit?
  6. that's right guys...it's time to "hit the portal" your farewell Tweet should start something like: "I loved my X years in the GOP but after much prayer I have decided..."
  7. why do you think he'd want to leave Arkansas?
  8. whew!!!! at least don't have to worry about this anymore....TUNLVFAN is already...
  9. Now I know some are gonna bitch and moan about the league getting soft or PC, whatever...but this new kickoff rule actually sound pretty interesting. https://www.espn.com/nfl/story/_/id/39812700/nfl-owners-approve-massive-revamp-kickoff-play The new alignment rules represent the most significant on-field rule change for the NFL in years and are designed to reverse more than a decade of declining return rates while also lowering concussion rates. In essence, the format will move the majority of the kicking and return teams downfield to minimize high-speed collisions. During the 2024 season, kickers will continue to kick from the 35-yard line, but the other 10 players on the kickoff team will line up at the receiving team's 40-yard line. At least nine members of the return team will line up in a "setup zone" between the 35- and 30-yard lines. Up to two returners can line up in a "landing zone" between the goal line and the 20-yard line. No one other than the kicker and returner(s) can move until the ball hits the ground or hits a player inside the landing zone. Touchbacks will be marked at the 30-yard line, and no fair catches will be allowed. In the event a team wants to attempt an onside kick, it will have to inform officials of its intent and would then be allowed to use the NFL's traditional formation. No surprise onside kicks will be allowed.
  10. yeah, I just figured that a few someone's were soon to be "cancelled"
  11. yeah, just for cruising thru from Reno on the way to Park City...I'll try 201 next time
  12. I'll second this, I80 is a crooked mess trying to get thru there. Is it better if you hit 201?
  13. oh no, no, no...just like cycling, it's all about setting the optimal training/competition schedules. need to be peaking at the right moments
  14. not a lot until the big storm 3 weeks ago...until then, all the water basins were well below normal, now they are between 90-120% of normal Mt Rose today: New Snow 0 Base Depth 80-100+" Season Total 266-340"
  15. yes soup, of course you're right...but unfortunately it was Idaho which hit the national consciousness with major stories about the Aryan Nations in Hayden. Reputations are easily ruined, harder to redeem.
