MWC football recruiting 2013

Is he the kid from Dorsey who committed to the Huskies a couple years ago?

Yes. Nevada CB Charles Garrett, also from Dorsey and a good friend of his, was a big reason why he chose the Pack.

Josh Tremblay is officially official. We're basically done with our class.

You seem to be quite the guru on this...always a bit of a crap shoot, but on paper and on video I am liking the class...what do you think?

Loving this class.  Shored up the OL and DL, added some good skill players and a great QB, and picked up a future star Joker OLB in Stanley.  Especially like the three safeties....we need safeties. Only have 5 returning on scholarship, although Brock Carmen (walk-on) had some damn impressive film. If Broughton makes grades (and he has a fair shot) it gets even better.

How you guys liking yours? I know SDSU and BSU fans are happy, what about the rest of y'all?  Who's your favorite guy in your recruiting class? Any sleepers?

see above.  Very happy.  Would have been ecstatic if we pulled in Coleman, but he was just visiting for the hell of it.

Considering we got a late start, I think Polian did a good job.  We filled some immediate needs at LB (Ian Seau and Matthew Lyons will certainly help out our young returners).  We added some depth at DB, OL and DL.  The sleeper I think will be Elijah Mitchell.  The guy is lightning on returns which is something we have lacked.  All things considered, I'm happy.

Yeah,  late start classes are touchy because you don't want to just sign guys for the hell of it.

Yeah, that's him.  I like people who went to BYU to have their kids come as well, if they're good.  I've seen his film.  I think he can play.

He can.  Word is he probably would have qualified anyway at Cal, but Sonny Dykes is a douche.  From what I've read I don't think he'll sign tomorrow though.
