If you look at this logically ... if aTm is going ... and that looks like the always iffy done deal ... the SEC is NOT going to stop at 13 ... they need one more team ... and if Oklahoma stays with Bevo (and if you look at the Sooner roster you know how important Tejas is to Boomer Sooner) ... one has to think the only place the SEC can turn for a real 14th team is the ACC.
Mizzou is not coming in a 2-team deal ... they only have a chance at an SEC-16.
So the top choices in the ACC are Florida State, Clemson, & Virginina Tech.
The ACC is obviously aware the Big Ten MIGHT be looking at UNC and Duke. Raiding the Big East for the football first schools makes sense. That would be Miami, Rutgers, West Virginia, Boston College, and maybe Pittsburgh. They have to be prepared for the eventual loss of 1-3 schools to the SEC.
In this game of musical chairs there is safety in numbers and he who hesitates is lost.
If the Big East gets hammered TCU will be on an island and its only move may be to return to the MWC knowing with the BE being destroyed the MWC is a near lock for BCS AQ status.
