I think Norvell has a kind of 9-4 ceiling with 7-6’s, 6-7’s mixed in a fair amount. The Metro Crime Map is the best because it shows where each crime was committed and is linked to a police report. It’s quite troubling to see so much crime. This is a D rated neighborhood for crime. Here’s a general overview. The cheapest and safest places for a reasonable Meadows commute is the NW and North as can be seen with the dark green. Dude, more terrible advice. It depends on the day, but you can be looking 1 to 1.5 hr drive times in rush hour when there's an accident and they happen all the time. The only place to live that's safe and cheapest is the NW and North as far out as you can. Just look at the crime maps.

Dude, you're giving him some really shitty, shitty advice. That is a total shithole neighborhood. You need a huge buffer north to avoid the crime of Washington and Owens. It used to be that Cheyenne was a good starting point north. Not anymore. Just because a neighborhood looks decent doesn't mean it's safe and hasn't been getting overwhelmed with crime.
