Hawaii kicking ass with a couple verbals already. One from the states top QB. Lol, we know this won't last long.

One guy I have a close eye on early for BSU is 4* QB Devon Modster, currently #233 on the Scout 300 list. He has early offers from Arizona, Arizona State and CSU.

Devon is the brother of current BSU wide receiver Sean Modster who was one of the most enthusiastic and loyal Bronco commits of the 2014 class. Even after Pete and Co. left, Sean was a very active recruiter for BSU. I have to assume that if BSU offers Devon, Sean will be working his brother hard to come.

You talking about Milton?

Now there is actually an OC&DC, so we'll see.

Yes, 3 star QB McKenzie Milton. Hawaii also got a verbal from his teammate receiver...Kalakaua Timoteo. Both were on the state champ Mililani squad.

Probably the one position we don't really need anybody at next year, let alone a 4* guy.

Hasn't the system been to recruit 1 QB every year?

Not 4* guys though.

Going to be a logjam as it is.

You get the best players you can get. Even 4* guys don't always pan out.

I was at the award show at Big Al's and one of the things that the coaches said that they tell the players is that each year they're trying to recruit somebody better than you are, and therefore your job is to keep getting better by using your experience on the team, the extra practice, etc. to stay ahead of the next crop.

As of right now, none of the current QBs on the BSU roster have really proven anything. For all we know they could all be scrubs. (I kind of think that at least one or two will pan out, but you never know for sure.)

Boise gets its first commitment of the year.

Isaiah Hayes

3 star CB, a couple AQ offers. Keyshawn Johnson pimping this kid all over Twitter.

While it probably won't mean anything, Hayes is also the best friend of Keyshawn Johnson Jr. High 4* WR with a monster offer list already.

Ohio State this past year is proof of why you should never stop recruiting quarterbacks.  Fierce competition is a good thing to have, and you never know when you're going to have to dip into the depth chart.
