WAY TO GET THE ORDER WRONG! It's rearranged in the quote, but I guess it makes your point better to randomly move things around until you make it look good to your cause.

Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.

Total Bowl Games Played since 1999 = 35

Overall Bowl Record = 20-15

Total # of Bowl Games Played at home venue = 2

MWC record in home town games = 1-1

Take away the WAC home bowl games and their winning percentage is 58%

Take away the MWC home bowl games and their winning percentage is 575%

The MWC has played in 13 more bowl games than the WAC. 21 more games outside

Yeah...but 2006 & 2007 was pretty dang sweet!

Kudos to the WAC on their bowl success. Still I dont see any reason to hold MWC heads down in shame. We have done quite well ourselves.

More to the point, why the new born pissing match. Its these type of threads that make me think Ian and blues want MWC fans to hate the WAC. Or maybe they hope we care, or maybe they are trying to form some sort of rivalry with BSU. Hey we get it, BSU is a great team. Move along now.

Not to toot Utah's horn too much but I think we set the standard on wins in bowl games. TCU is 3-0 in bowl games since joining the MWC, which is impressive too. . I was really happy to see BYU(2006-2007) and UNM take care of business.. These teams have struggled in bowl games.

Throw in a solid 2007 regular season against BCS OOC teams and I think we're on the right track...

UNLV has never lost a bowl game in it's entire 50 year football history. Of course that history only consists of 3 bowl games and two of those were the Las Vegas Bowl (we do love playing at home in post-season). :D

How have you done lately? The WAC is going downhill..... the MWC is rising. Its no wonder BSU admin is begging like a kid in the candy store to get into our conference.

I say we add Fresno and Boise St can stay in their conf with their mighty win percentage. I'm sure Fresno St would not mind jumping aboard.

Just because we may have been the "home team" on paper doesn't mean the game was played in Fresno. That game was played in San Jose....A nuetral field...

Plus, if I remember correctly, Boise's win over TCU that year was a true home game for the Frogs....
