Jeffkills
Every single episode back-to-back for 12 days. We're in 1990 right now; Dancing Homer is on now... God damn the 90's Simpsons' episodes, when Conan was writing, were soooo much better than the current trash. Ask yourself, when's the last time you actually got to watch the good old episodes? I plan to DVR everything through around '96 and all the Treehouse of Horror episodes...

mugtang
Loved the Simpsons, 15 years ago. thelawlorfaithful, on 31 Dec 2012 - 04:01 AM, said:One of the rules I live by: never underestimate a man in a dandy looking sweater
TheTedfordTrain
I stopped watching a few years after family guy premiered. It stopped being funny.

Jeffkills
You people might not be understanding - they are showing all the episodes back to back starting from the beginning. They're in the second season now; if you want to watch, now's the time... Of course e new sh/it sucks, but who cares since I won't be watching that crap either. Either way, I've been lol'ing pretty hard - two episodes in so far!!
Cincy
I haven't watched an episode in several years, but it's fun remembering back to 1990 when I was just a young pup. Unbelievable run and a definite all time part of Americana. Edit: Went to Universal Studios a few weeks ago, and The Simpsons ride there was awesome! Unbelievable run and a definite all time part of Americana. Yeah, I've watched a couple episodes tonight; it's really bringing back memories. Crazy that I know almost all of these episodes. The aesthetic of Springfield- the blue skies, the puffy clouds- brings me back.
Jeffkills
Man, these episodes are sheer gold.. Ah, 24 years ago... Meeeemooriieess... Plus, these episodes are soo proprietary - held closer than Disney's financial accounts... I'll bet FX paid a pretty penny for this first ever Simpsons marathon... masterfrog
I admit that I have never seen an episode. I did watch the Tracey Ullman show, but the shorts didn't interest me, so I sure wasn't going to watch a whole episode of that family.
