I think there would be a good chance that Pitt moves to the Big 12 and with Pitt and Cincy in the Big 12, they would be set. Someone like Va Tech might slide over as well. With more additions they wouldn't be on such an island.
It's a tough balance right? You want to get support from the residents of your state but it is unique in that fans have to pay PPV to watch the games. But, you are correct, it really is like adding seats with travel challenges in the islands.
Will you guys re-up with Spectrum? The Islands are obviously unique but having games as PPV is tough.
Are there any other options that might pay comparatively without being PPV?
They choked but they built up a 17 point lead as well. Have to give them credit for that as well as giving them shit for losing it.
Alford screwed his team over but they belonged to be in the tournament.
But as their rival, you can ask them if they are going to hang a banner for their 17 point lead in the tournament
So being up by 17 and losing by 2 means that they didn't belong?
Teams lose close games in the tournament. Doesn't mean they didn't belong. To me it means the opposite.
If Nevada lost by 20 you'd have an argument.
