  1. The easiest way to answer this question is ... What can both universities bring if both of their football and basketball teams sucked? What would they still offer as a whole? Any team can have good years, so what does a University still bring to the table when they are bad is the question. Of course that applies to any school you put this question to but I think its the easiest way to answer it.

  4. I've got his magazine. Oklahoma is #2 and Alabama is #1
  5. #2 is Oklahoma and #1 is Alabama. Phil Steele ranks his top 30 by who he thinks will be ranked at these spots at the end of the year. He isn't ranking them based on pre-season rankings. He goes through everyones schedules and tries to predict who will win or lose each game and these are what he thinks the final rankings will be after the national championship game.
