Fresno State finds new AD who can fundraise.*

*(Fresno State fan/alum who has been lurking on this board for a while.  I got tired of the petty infighting and need to drag politics into nearly every post over on the Barkboard, but I actually find the petty infighting over here quite entertaining...especially any response from Godogsgo to CT that involves a jpeg only. Anyways, felt it best to start off with a little self deprecating humor before I start slandering the good name of fellow MWC institutions of higher learning)

Thanks. Looking forward to the enlightened discourse! Enjoyed my trip to Reno in 2012. UNR fans were very cool (froze my a** off that night...no pun intended).

Are you coming up for the game this year? It's going to be November 22 so expect another balmy game.

Possibly. It all depends on scheduling conflicts. I work the occasional weekend, and a co-worker is making some noise about wanting to go to a marriage retreat that weekend, so I may have to cover for them. Obviously the game is far more important than marriage, but I'm not sure he agrees. Yeah...balmy indeed. I was prepared last time: longjohns, gloves, wool socks, boots, insulated parka, scarf, knit cap...still froze:) Was like 23F that night! Still, a good time was had by all.

FIFY. That's the only game in the last 5 years I left early.

And obviously your coworkers friend who scheduled the wedding isn't a football fan. My rule is if you want me to go to your wedding then weekends from the end of August to end of December are off limits. Also if it's outdoors anything between July 15th and August 15th is a no go also.

I don't get invited to many weddings.
