Looks like Conference play began at the end of March for baseball. I just searched up Michigan and it looks like they hosted CSUF the second week of April for a noncon matchup. Looks like softball starts about the same time. Softball, I counted 7 series, so that is 3/4 road series a year. I think I counted 8 for baseball, so similar pattern. I'd imagine baseball, especially USC, probably loves the switch. Ditching ASU, Arizona, Stanford, Oregon, OSU, and even Cal baseball for the B10 has to help that program get back on track again. You probably get one cold series a year. If you didnt open with WSU or the mountain teams, it''s probably not much different.
