Any word on Utah at Michigan being televised?

Recommended Posts

I'm looking at mattsarzs here since he likes to browse around looking at other teams schedules or what not. Both those games are on 8/30.

As of now the only games on TV for that Saturday are:

Ohio at Wyoming: The Mtn

TCU at New Mexico: VS

N. Iowa at BYU: the Mtn

Colorado St. vs Colorado (Invesco): No TV?

Utah at Michigan: No TV?

I would bet that Utah and Michigan will be on Big Ten network.

I think CU is considered the home team again in Denver this year, so it will probably be on Fox sports net.

Big Ten and most BCS conferences don't announce TV decisions until May/June.

Utah-Michigan is the best Big Ten game available and they can't televise Michigan games at home at night unless ABC brings in lights, so ABC or ESPN is a likely bet. I don't understand why they would put it on the BTN. They aren't going to choose any of these for ABC or ESPN. These are destined for the BTN

W. Kentucky at Indiana

Maine at Iowa

N. Illinois at Minnesota

Syracuse at Northwestern

Youngstown St. at Ohio St.

Coastal Carolina at Penn St.

Akron at Wisconsin

OK, thanks!

What about TCU at Oklahoma? Wasn't that on ABC last time TCU played in Norman? That would be way cool if it got picked up again on that network!

That one should be decided during the season. The networks and conferences arrange the first three weeks with a few exceptions, then everything else is six or 12 day picks,

something the mwc doesn't want to do.

I would say ESPN at Noon Eastern unless it is decided ABC will have games in that time slot. Illinois-Missouri is a good bet to be on ABC at 3:30 p.m. Eastern.
