They're only predicting 4 winning teams?

Also, seems like a suspiciously high number of 9+ loss teams. Is that even possible with our conference schedule?

Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.

They are predicting that the MWC will lose most of its OOC games.  We'll see.

Also you totally read it wrong. Here it is fixed, rounded to the nearest whole number:

AF predicted: 5-7

BSU : 8-4

CSU: 8-4

Wyo : 7-5

Hoser: 4-9

FSU: 4-8

SDSU: 9-4

Hawaii: 5-7

Nevada: 4-8

USU: 5-7

UNM: 5-7

UNLV: 5-7

Man their predictor is sure going out on a limb.

That would make it the worst year in the MWC to date.

Or to put it another way, that would continue a trend which began five years ago.

Boom goes the dynamite.

If the what ESPN predicted last season actually occurred Hawaii wouldn't have even been near a bowl game...but if what ESPN predicted actually occurred this year (looking at just green vs red percentages)...

Mountain

1.) CSU: (10-2 overall, 8-0 MW)

2.) Boise: (8-4 overall, 6-2 MW)

3.) Wyoming (8-4 overall, 6-2 MW)

4.) UNM (6-6 overall, 4-4 MW)

5.) AFA (3-9 overall, 2-6 MW)

6.)  USU (3-9 overall, 2-6 MW)

West

1.) SDSU (10-2 overall, 8-0 MW)

2.) Nevada (5-7 Overall, 4-4 MW)

3.) UNLV (5-7 Overall, 3-5 MW)

4.) Hawaii ( 3-9 Overall, 2-6 MW)

5.) Fresno St (3-9 overall, 2-6 MW)

6.) SJSU (2-11 overall, 1-7 MW)

And another is that no teams prepared to fill the void of the three that departed.

I'd say that SDSU and Boise have generally maintained strong football programs over the past 5 years.

Both have hired good coaches.  SDSU has a big question about where they are going to play football in a few years, though.

These guys are nutz.

I am more concerned about the Boy Scouts than AssssU. And as always, we will lose 1-2 we had no business losing (see Sheep and Alabama St or whatever last year).

Boise is slipping by its standards. SDSU has lost too many OOC games. The rest of us just stink right now.
