aggzilla
You were right, Bigd... unless CSB completely falls off the rails and gives this one away, I think this one is done.

aggzilla
Imagine this NIT final four: TCU, Illinois, GT/Ole Miss... and Cal State Bakersfield
Fezznsb
Uhhhh is CSU also down two starters and did their coach already accept a job at Mizzou?
CPslograd
HowbouthemRoadrunners! Barnes crew playing lights out in the first half. Unfortunately theyll go cold, make too many fouls, and likely let the Rams get back in it. Although 20 is a nice cushion, it should be enough to hold despite bakos inevitable 5-7 minute drought. aggzilla
Has an 8-seed ever made it to MSG since the NIT has seeded the teams?

No, in fact none have even made the quarterfinals. It would still be a tough road because UTA is playing lights out right now too.

jdgaucho
I'm still not sure how we were able to split with CSUB this year.

CSB only had 12 pts in the first 12 min and change of the 2nd half... Rams should've taken advantage.
aggzilla
Final media timeout... even if CSU managed to hold CSB scoreless the entire second half, they still wouldn't have the lead, lol.

I watched CSB's first ever WAC game against UTA a few years ago at the Icardo Center. I guess the game is on Wednesday, I assume the Runners will stay in their hotel tonight and fly straight to Arlington tomorrow.

Gym had a stage if I remember correctly. Lobos won BTW. Richie...success.

They did put additional seating on the back of the stage for basketball games. The new gym is great though.
aggzilla
Yep, UTA's old gym was a converted stage/theater.
Headbutt
RAMS lost to a team with better players, and a far better coach. Bakersfield deserved that win. The officiating was garbage, but it didn't figure in at all. I see better overall talent coming for CSU, not better than Gian but overall. It still won't matter if they are player coached. Thank God spring FB starts tomorrow.

I only went to one game there and my seats were not in the balcony. I was below the ones you have pictured. The balcony was on top of the lower level. I guess it still is because it is back to being a theater full time.

I guess home court advantage was worth two points back in December. Congrats to Bako on their win tonight. Cool logo.
