No. That was a quote from some girl I know who is still asshurt over the election.

I've had no less that 5 liberals I know break off speaking with me all together as a result of this whole thing. Hilarious.

A woman who was once one of my closest friends and who is a self-professed Socialist (pragmatic side) to Communist (idealistic side) felt she and her family were so threatened by the election result that anyone who didn’t vote HRC was suddenly dead to her.  I have yet to see or hear from her since.  I can respect someone’s well- and honestly founded opinion, but that’s a little far imho.

Is it fitting or irony that possibly the most versatile word in the English language is also of unknown origin?

Something about cats fur that kills my allergies.  Same with long hair dogs.  I have a boxer lab mix, and a jack Russell terrorist mix currently,  and the short hair seems to be ok.

That’s an, um, interesting combination.  Bet it’s the most selfless attack dog ever.

I gave your mom a hard concept.

Meaning, hard to conceptualize?

For her they all are

Remember that every argument you have with someone on MWCboard is actually the continuation of a different argument they had with someone else also on MWCboard.

I work with a lot of Trump voters. They are good people, many of whom I consider friends. They don't like a lot of things he says or does and they have different priorities. They respect me, even if we don't agree and I respect them. Even if I don't agree with all their choices.

They know how I feel about trump and give me my space. We have more in common than not. Friends are too precious to toss aside just because the aren't mirror images of ourselves.

One of the Final Five..........

I have a favorite aunt that lives in the CA bay area, She likes to talk politics and I have always tiptoed around the subject with her. She said I was racist to my face for not supporting Obama.  It hurt and she barely talks to me anymore...even less w/ Trump in office. I miss her.
